About Rhiannon.

I know the weight of striving to lead purposeful life while trying to be everything to everyone – including yourself.

Living and working in rural South Australia, I navigate the ongoing demands of nurturing a vibrant family life, supporting our farm business and maintaining a rewarding professional career. These overlapping roles have given me a deep personal understanding of the unique challenges that come with competing priorities, the expectations of availability, and the quiet pressure to stay on top of it all.

With a background in nursing leadership and mental health clinical practice, I have dedicated my career to understanding human cognition and behaviour, and the fundamental role that wellbeing, resilience and growth play in how we live and lead. I love supporting people, bringing about the change they truly want – helping them live a full authentic life, whatever that may look like for them.

I look forward to working with you.
